I love dropping by here for coffee before work! It's also a great spot to meet up with friends to hang out and grab something sweet.

Great place to to grab a cup of quality coffee. Tyson roasts his own coffee to create unique and wonderful flavours. The seating are give you many options from tables to sofas to enjoy your treats. They also have a great selection of desserts and bagels to go with your cup of coffee.

This place is so cute! I went to grab some coffee beans for a gift, and I just loved the cafe! It’s very cozy inside, with lots of people working, meeting, or just chatting. The barista was super friendly and helpful! It was around Christmas time, so I got the chocolate orange cappuccino. It was delicious, and not too sweet! The coffee beans I got were delicious as well! Definitely recommend!

I decided to treat myself and try this place on my way home from the hospital and I loved it! Their coffee was delicious and unique compared to the others in town. The staff was very friendly and answered the few questions I had about their menu and what was recommended! I do wish there were actual sandwiches and small food options, but there were some pastries, cookies, and brownies, and the pastry I did order was delicious and very fluffy! My husband really enjoyed it as well. Very excited to go back and try a different specialty coffee the next go around!

These folks know their coffee enough to know how YOU like your coffee. Friendly owner and staff with a comforting environment. I could've stayed there longer if I didn't have to go to work. Definitely coming back to try new decaf roasts and items on the menu. Thank you, Tyson!

I ordered a shot of espresso (Brazil medium roast) and a golden latte. The espresso has a really good aroma with a little bit of acidity. The golden latte was not too sweet and had a smooth after taste. All employees were friendly and made customer comfortable. This place has various coffee options that customers could choose. I haven't tried the dessert menu, so I will definitely come back afterwards.

We have finally found our spot!! We've been searching for the best coffee here in Huntsville and being from Seattle, it's one thing we've missed! Good coffee! This place is so chill and comfy. And the coffee isn't Starbucks bitter. It's smooth, rich and deeeelicious! 😋 Never going anywhere else!

Nice little coffee shop with a quiet, relaxed atmosphere. Great place for small group meetings or just unwind with coffee and a book. I ordered a large, Peruvian dark roast coffee and it was on point! No cream or sugar needed. The service was fast and friendly. Will definitely be back!

Probably my favorite place in Huntsville. The coffee is always incredible, and the atmosphere (quiet and relaxing) is exactly what I look for in a cafe. Their espresso is, by FAR, the BEST espresso I've ever had. Their pastries (some house-made, and others supplied by local spots) are delicious. Service is fantastic and friendly. I think my one wish would be for actual mugs for "here" orders rather than the standard cup, although it does make it easy to head out if I need to and I'm sure it would add to cleaning time/cost. Anyway, their whole bean, single-origin bags, all roasted in-house, are of very good value and top-notch quality. To top it all off, Rooster's Crow is Christian-owned, for which I am very biased. I don't know what I'd do with my Saturday mornings if this place were to close - I pray it continues to thrive.
